Riverside Visualization
Designed and developed a network security visualization system for real-time situation awareness as part of my master's research.
About Me
I have worked as a cybersecurity professional since 2019, with experience spanning vulnerability and penetration testing, Red Team operations, incident response, threat hunting, and Security Operations Center operations. Much of my work has focused on protecting Coast Guard and maritime systems while translating technical findings into practical security improvements.
Today, I teach computing and cybersecurity at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, bringing lessons from operational cybersecurity into the classroom. I also hold a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, where my research focused on human-centered cybersecurity visualizations.
Outside of my professional life, you can usually find me at a CrossFit class or baking something new! I use this site to share my research, technical projects, and interests.
